I still have not wait to introduce with you one more kind of noodle from Vietnam… that is Bún Riêu which is my dinner yesterday.
Bún Riêu is also one of a traditional noodle of Vietnam which is known broadly in a country and other international countries as well.
The noodle includes vermicelli and crab soup. Crab soup is cooked from crab, tomatoes, fish sauce, sault and spring onion. It will be perfect flavor if you add in shrimp paste.
This dish has brought us a slightly sour taste so Vietnamese is really keen on this local dish. It is also sold in lots of street stores in Vietnam.
