Hi everyone! I had e really bad experience in a hotel caffee bar after writing a review on google and tripadviser, I was nearly denied hospitality, after that I had some situation that I can describe as mobbing and bulling. Any suggestion how to be free to write a review without being penalized by the managers, thanks a lot for any suggestion, Roberta

Sorry for what happened; it occurs more often than one could imagine.
There is not so much you can do; as long as you follow the guidelines, you use a polite language, and you describe a truthful experience, there is nothing the owner can do to remove your review. So as long as you are comfortable with, you should keep it public, as could help other people.
