Buffet Hot Pot At The Milan’s Chong Qing House

Hot pot is one of my favorite Chinese dishes, I have talked much about this dish which is a symbol of conviviality and which can bring together also people with different food preferences.

Here some photos of the most famous buffet hot pot in Milan. The most famous hot pot restaurant in Milan (Little Lamb) is not a buffet, but this one is surely the most famous among hot pot buffets.

When eating hot pot buffet, you pay for a fixed price and then you can take unlimited ingredients from the buffet to cook into your pot. It is an all you can eat, not much different than the classic all you can eat sushi restaurants. In this restaurant also hot pot is not served the classic way (a big central pot for all the people sitting at the table), but everyone has their singular small pot (even if you can also ask for just a big pot for everyone).
