In September 2017, I have been to Buenos Aires on vacation. The purpose of my trip was to study and practice some Spanish, but I could discover a little bit more from this fantastic city!
Here it is a bike ride from the Downtown (Microcentro), coming through Puerto Madero, Reserva Ecologica Costanera Sur, San Telmo, Casa Rosada and coming back to Downtown. At that time, I used a bike from EcoBici service, owned by Buenos Aires government, but now I know there are more options of bike sharing available.
Buenos Aires is very plain, which makes it easier to do this kind of tour by bike. There are a good structure for riding in the streets and I thought drivers were also gently (compared to Sao Paulo, for example). Don’t forget to bring your helmet and lights and have a good ride!
I also have prepared a list with some of the places I have visited on this path, for you to plan your next visit to Buenos Aires.
Hope you enjoy it! If you have more suggestions, feel free to comment!
