On 21st February 20, I went to Naria to attend a meet-up hosted by @SunMoon . After the meet-up, we went for a bike ride to see the natural beauties of Naria. On our way, Sunmoon took us to this famous shop to eat sweetmeat. I was very lucky because when we went there, they were making a batch of sweets. You can see the video on how they make famous Buddhiram Sweets. You can read the below description also. This may not be 100% perfect but enough to get an idea.
1 You need milk to make sweetmeat. They have their own farm and they buy some milk from villagers also.
2 You need to boil the milk well. During boiling, you need to add some yogurt or a sour thing like lemon juice to make the Sana/Chana (milk becomes solid so that you can make a ball). You can see a video on how to make Sana
3 Then you need to hang the Sana to drop the milk-water from it. After hanging for some times it become waterless and ready to be made sweet-ball.
4 Then you can add little flour (if needed, I do not know the ratio as it is secret) to make the ball.
5 Then boil the milk-balls in a syrup of sugar (I do not know the recipe of making the syrup as it is secret of them)
6 After boiling you need to cool them under the fan for sometimes. And then ready to eat.
Every day they sell around 100kgs of sweets. Per kg 200Taka (84 taka= $1). Parcel available. You can place pre-order. In 1 kg you will get 10-11 sweets plus some syrup. This Rosogolla does not have strong sweet like Chomchom so I can eat 5 or 6 pieces at a time!!! If you go to Naria, please try to test the taste of this nice sweetmeat. Thanks.
I like to invite my friends @user_not_found @Ant_Bad_Yogi @Austinelewex @OlgaKlimchik @Muhammad_Usman @katydarhel to see this post .
