Does anyone know how to contact local guide “Scott P” who posted the photos of BTG VOR (the VORTAC navigational beacon at Battle Ground, Washington)?

For everyone privacy, Google do not provide any tool for contacting directly a Local Guide.
If the Local Guide is registered in Connect with the same name, you can try a search (How do I search on Connect? ) in the community.
If you think that the photo is not appropriate, or do not related to the place, you can report the photo using your app.
For information about reporting photos please read Add, remove, or share photos and videos
If you find interesting the contents shared by the Local Guide, you may follow him, if it is already possible to follow the profile.
