I had a delicious brunch in Manhattan, New York City. I had first. Egg Benedict. It’s hot buttered toasted English muffins, eggs poached with warm, creamy hollandaise sauce, slice of smoked salmon and fresh salad. As side dish Popovers , it’s cryspy and fluffy donuts.
Then, I had buttermilk pancakes with two kind of jellies: blackberry and raspberry. A good cup of coffee.
