Brown Sugar made from the juice of sugar cane, locally it is called Lal Chini (লাল চিনি). The sugar cane are cultivate in many places in Bangladesh. Although it cultivate throughout the country but everywhere sugar cane use and consume as sugar cane Juice. So far I know handmade brown sugar is produced only in Fulbaria in the Mymensingh district of Bangladesh.
In the Bengali months of Falgun and Chaitro (February and March), when the sugarcane matures, the farmers collect the sugar cane from the land and bring at home or empty high land nearby homes. Where they built fireplace on the abandoned land next to the field or house to collect Juice from the sugar cane.
They clear the sugar cane and collect the juice by the engine driven or bullock press and then juice stored into a large dram. The juice is then poured into a large pan and streaming, when juice thickens, it is quickly rubbed with a wooden stick.
As the juice slowly cools and sugar is formed like fine sand; and finally production is done in the last stage by the skilled hands of the farmers.
The collected sugar is ready to eat and for sale but for storing long time it need to make dry on sun light. All the processes is natural and no use of chemical.

I do the same, but what I mean is that I haven’t seen sugar cane refining or eat them anymore @AbdullahAM Palm brown sugar is more common than sugar cane one.
Thank you @TravellerG my post was about palm sugar while @AbdullahAM is about sugar cane. I found out that two brown sugars are harmonious to each other. In Cambodia, it is more common that we use palm sugar more than sugar cane because of the availability of palm trees that grow almost everywhere in the country.
