khapli wheat is gluten free.broken wheat is useful for diabetic patients.this wheat is healthy and useful for pregnant women.
Very easy recipe.
Ingredients -
1cup Khapli broken wheat
1cup chopped jaggery
1cup milk
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
4 tablespoon ghee
3cup water
Process -
*Keep pan on medium flame .
*add 2 tablespoon ghee and soute broken wheat for five minutes.
*then add water.
Keep lid on pan.when water is reduced add jaggery and mix it well.
At last add remaining ghee and cardamom powder.
- Add dryfruits and serve hot.

Wow, yummy we called it Daliya and some gurudwara our kada prasad is made from daliya Or wheat flour. But in kada prasad we don’t add jaggery, nor dry fruits and cardamon.
Yes it’s very healthy.
