Eat Healthy Be Healthy
Ingredients
Broccoli
Carrot
Onions
Garlic
Tuna
Black pepper
Olive oil
Salt
Procedure
Saute the onion and garlic with olive oil for few minutes
Add tuna and boil for 10 minutes
Add the carrot and mix it properly and boil it for few minutes
Finally add on top broccoli ,mix it well and boil for 10 minutes
Add black pepper little for taste and little water & salt
Your healthy and delicious dish ready for serving…

Even though Broccoli is an all time favorite, I rarely eat it because it is so scarce and when you find it, it is so expensive.
When I see vegetables such as this, I am so convinced to move to Northern Nigeria until Lagos state (where I live) reminds me of where the Commercial Nerve center of Nigeria is

This looks healthy @SHAN-Dubai and thank you for sharing the recipe. As a vegetarian I would like to add other things in place of Tuna.
And @Ewaade_3A you are right some veggies are expensive than non-veg things
