Today i began the hard streetview grind for Benghazi, Libya
Challenges:
- Internet Speed: every mile is about a 1GB 360 video file, with an upload speed of 0.5Mbit/s, it’s approximately a 4hr upload wait.
- Equipment: I was able to only get my hands on a Fly360 camera, i am not really happy with the image quality, but it will do.
Benefits:
- Streetview can help people find places easier until more google maps contributors become active.
- It’s a time capsule to evaluate the development and progress of the city, especially one that went through two civil wars in past 10 years.
- It’s simply a very cool thing to do for the community.
Every journey begins with a step, 3miles down hundreds more to go, wish me luck friends.

Sé que un gran trabajo se viene, con tus aportes ayudarás a que otros puedan tomar buenas decisiones.También será una gran oportunidad para que tu sacrificado pueblo conozca más de si mismo y sin duda muchos Lg"s se unirán a tu trabajo.

Thank you for the kind words. I did pick photography as i am taking 360 pictures and adding them to Streetview, but yes achievements is more fitting. Adding a mapping board would be great
