This post is in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! My mom is a recent breast cancer survivor (September 2018) and it took faith and prayer to get through the entire process; from the initial testing, finding out, waiting for the procedure to take place, meeting with oncologists, radiologists, and nurse practioners, the actual procedure itself, the recovery phase and having to stay strong during all of it when all I wanted to do was breakdown and ask “why us?”. But we never gave up and didn’t allow our faith to wither. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed, faith and prayer will get you through! There are a lot of support groups and nonprofit organizations everywhere as well that lend their assistance in anyway they can. If you need the support or even want to donate, I have some of those groups information and would be happy to pass it on

My friend Susan has been battling breast cancer the past 7 months and has just finished intensive chemotherapy and things are looking good, fingers crossed, I did a lot of praying, so I know what you mean. she has 4 children under the age of 18years. Thanks for sharing your lovely photo
