કાઠીયાવાડ માં લોકો વનેલા ગાઠીયા ખાવાનુ ખુબ પસંદ કરે છે.
જ્યારે અમદાવાદ કે ઉત્તર ગુજરાતની બાજુ ફાફડા ગાઠીયા પસંદ કરે છે.

Looks like the meal on the second photo is accompanied with some red hot chili! Is it common to eat spicy early in the morning? Is the jalebi sweet?

આપણા ગુજરાતીઓની એક ખાસીયત છે કે જ્યાં સુધી સવારના નાસ્તામાં ગાંઠીયા, ફાફડા અને જલેબીના ખાય ત્યાં સુધી તેમની સવાર નથી થતી. ગાંઠીયા અને પપૈયાની ચટણી જોઈ મોં માંથી પાણી આવી ગયું. આપનો આભાર આ સ્વાદિષ્ટ નાસ્તો અમારી સાથે શેર કરવા બદલ. @Shivam_mungara
