Break the hunger in Mumbai with Butter Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulav

Hi Friends,

I am Alpesh, living in Mumbai city. I am vegeterian and fond of spicy foods. Here I am bring you one of the best and quick dishes which you must try whenever you are in this city.

If you are hungry in Mumbai, don’t worry, you will get yummy -mouth watering Pav-bhaji in any restaurants or on street food. This food is very popular among all age group especially in western India and people prefer it on any time. They just love it and have with great pleasure.

I love this dish especially in Shiv Sagar Veg restaurant in Mumabi. Main branch of this restaurant is located just opposite to Hotel Ramada near Juhu Beach. Please note that in weekends after 6:30 PM, don’t drive your car or schooter else you would not get parking nearby. So better catch taxi or Auto rickshaw and drive to this place if you are planning dinner here.

There are two Parking Lot available near to this restaurant but all gets full before 6:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Parking fees are very nominal (60 INR for 4 hours for car). This restaurant is normally have long waiting list over weekends after 8:00PM and hence it is better to book your table in advance. Roughly you have to wait around 30 to 40 minutes to get into if you are here after 8:00 PM but once you get the table, make sure that you try Butter Pav bhajii (Mix veg like potatoes, tomatoes, mutter, cubbage are mashed and crust and cooked in red spicy curry and served with Bread) and Tawa Pulav (Rice items cooked with green vegetables, Spicy and Herbs).

I have given the menu of quick bites of this restaurant so you don’t need to much wait in checking menu and deciding which dish to order. Just order both dishes - Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulav. First ask waiter to bring you Pav bhaji followed by hot Tawa Pulav. You can order Masala Butter milk along with this. If your tong feel very hot then take a sip of Butter milk (Chhash - local name) and you would feel that your thirst from centuries are quench, really, Just try and let me know how you feel it.

This restaurant is not a wheel chair friendly and handicap people needs extra support to get into the restaurant. upon request, restaurant people arrange special seating for handicapped people, but i don’t think that wheel chair can be taken inside as it is congested inside.

I hope this information would be helpful and you people try this special Indian dishes whenever you are in my city.
