Bread Story : #MonthlyTopic August 2021

Today I would like to start the post with a poem by an unknown poet and the poem is

"We have no jelly and jam

We have no potato and vegetable

The children mutter

What shall we eat now?

The answer is bread and butter"

Perhaps bread is the most popular food of the world. I love bread from my childhood and I started to make my breakfast since my boyhood ( as I was an orphan). Every morning I have been making my breakfast for last 21 years and it has been made possible for the bread ( other than my willpower  !) , bread is ready to eat food. I like all types of breads but I like most the milk bread and the milk bread costs in Kolkata around $1. Now I would like to share some picture of breads which I like and here we go…

I have also created an album, the link is

I have also created a Google Maps list of my favorite bread stores and the link is

Now I would love if @HiroyukiTakisawa use my pictures / photos in his RECAP post.

Hi, @TravelerProdipta Thank you for sharing your interesting story and the album. Bread has tons of variations, they are great food as regular meals. The Japanese regular meal is rice but I eat bread at least a few days a week :croissant: :yum: :baguette_bread:

@TravelerProdipta So nice photos! Bread and biscuis look so tasty. By the word white wheat and brown rye bread are the most common in my country too.
