On Saturday, January 14, 2023 I attended the 6th anniversary of Batu Local Guides. Actually, Batu Local Guides’ anniversary falls on January 8th, but we just celebrated it on the 14th. This time the community leader @br14n @ invited us to camp at the foot of the Arjuna & Welirang mountains. The place we know as Brakseng
This place is agricultural land by utilizing hills for planting. Is the largest vegetable producer in my city. The main products are potatoes and carrots. There is also chicory, broccoli and cabbage. In fact, every year there is a potato festival here. It is usually held in conjunction with a clean village event as one of the sequences of events.
In the morning before breakfast we geowalk. Exploring the surrounding area. Green plantation land in sight. In some areas the potato plants are starting to flower. While in other areas have started harvesting. Collectors come directly to the land by bringing their own vehicles and distributing them to the market.
The land here is fertile. The layout of the land is very neat. From afar it looks like a beautiful work of art. Loose soil makes it easier for managers to cultivate. Truly a little heaven on Earth. I never get tired of enjoying the atmosphere.
The fog came down accompanying our journey. The area looks hazy. A little mystical but romantic. I’m sure those who come in pairs will create great memories.
Actually, it’s not just the atmosphere during the day that can be enjoyed in this place. Even at night we can enjoy the view of the city that glows. Or enjoy the milky way when the weather is sunny. Anyone interested to visit this place?

Thanks @bonnythomas This is an amazing place. Every morning and evening it is shrouded in mist. That is why this place is also known as the land above the clouds.
