Hello Fellow LGs,
My apology for this delayed post on Public Lists. Yet, thought of publishing it in this month only to remember the sunset of Public Lists and celebrate the joy of creating Shared lists going forward.
Yes, I am bowled out at 50 on my Public Lists. I just made another half century on this pitch of Goggle Map which is ‘Public lists’. 
Now this pitch is no more available for scoring. 
So what, we can always keep on playing on different pitches for scores and for this we can keep on creating lists as Shared lists. We may not get any points for that but still a wise idea to contribute through the shared list to help others.
The status update on Public Lists on our LG profile dashboard was last seen on 08-November-2023. Now you can not find this in your LG profile dashbord. Below is the screenshot of my LG profile dashboard with Public lists count taken on 08-November-2023.

An announcement came as Tech Update: An upcoming change to your public lists on Google Maps by Deny on 29-August-2023 stating ‘**In November, all public lists will become shared lists’.
Like our LG friend @Amiran posted here in his accomplishment of 100th Public List on Google Map, me too is very enthusiastic about the lists.
