We all know that with a bit of liquid courage, we tend to ease up and speak up! When you go to an unknown place and try a different drink based on what the server recommends, it is always a gamble. A bar might have been introduced by a group of friends who tend to be night owls or by family seeking a nice quiet place for dinner. That is the reason why I enjoy reviewing local bars. You never know what they have to offer or even, at times, not know they exist.
