Amo cuando las calles de una ciudad me hablan y me cuentan sus historias. En esta, la misma Bonngasse en la que nació Beethoven, se encuentra hoy en día una especie de “paseo de la fama”.
Desde 2005 los peatones pueden ver incrustados en el pavimento una serie de paneles de vidrio y metal que en la noche son iluminados y que muestran a un selecto grupo de personalidades que nacieron o desempeñaron importantes fragmentos de sus carreras profesionales en Bonn.
Me encantan estas iniciativas porque con ellas no solo se educa, sino que se aumentan la autoestima y el capital cultural del pueblo.

Thanks for your comment @KlaudiyaG , I didn’t know that either, in fact I discovered it while walking and having exactly this item catching my eye, then I walked a little further and noticed another one, and another one… a pattern! And afterwards I did a little online research and found it out.
Have you ever discovered something in this way? If so, what?
After pondering for a while upon your question, I can’t think of a similar situation that occurred to me, but if I come up with something I’ll make sure to share it with you, @Marichams . It would be nice though, to discover something so cool this way. Next week I’ll be in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so hopefully I’ll have that chance there. Fingers crossed!
