Bondiola de Cerdo Argentina

Hi!!! Here I show you this piece of art of the regional Argentinian cuisine called" Bondiola de Cerdo al disco". It was Made by myself , but you can order this plate in any local restaurant.

Always accompanied with a red wine with personality.

@BorrisS this is a single piece of pork meat (bondiola de cerdo) of about 2 kilograms each. You put them in a " DISCO DE ARADO" directly on fire. Them you add onions, garlic, red pepper, olive oil, red wine and if you want maybe in the end tomato sauce ( not ketchup!!).

I hope you understand de recipe.

It is really really yummy.

I’ve tried few similar dishes when I was living in France, few were made with wine, others with beer.

hola @BorrisS , la foto del plato de comida que comparte @SebaasC , no es una bola de carne picada de cerdo, la “Bondiola de cerdo” es un corte de carne del chancho, se puede parecer al corte de carne llamado “lomo” en la vaca.

Aquí te comparto un plato realizado con “bondiola de cerdo” con pure rustico.
