Very inspirational place in Ufa, in my native city. Usually I have my coffee in the morning after running. Nice interior with paintings of the bright local artists. Those guys who created the Bon Appetit had a keen sense of fashion. Americano with deep flavor and fresh croissants are the best choice. The baker prepares probably best bread by the original recipes. Vienna baggett, Finnish bread or even Vermont bread can be found in this bakery. If you went alone to drink coffee, the Baker could entertain you with a conversation on any philosophical topics, they are excellent conversationalists. Be sure to look here when you are in Ufa.
