This picture was taken by myself from a bridge just around the entrance to the farmers corner. I live in the same part. This part of the city Enkhuizen is know for its rich history and old houses. Now all modernized but the outside gives you the feeling from the old times. When you walk true the city part, you end up by the old defense walls which still surround the city today. You can also walk that path and I highly recommend. Best time to see the evening lights like on the photo is during wintertime, but I can assure you that summer gives you a complete new fibe. Boats in the canal, people outside and green/flowers everywhere. The house you see in front of the picture is also a guesthouse.
