I haven’t eaten it before, but the locals explained it is sweet and crunchy when prepared.

Don’t worry about it @Austinelewex the feeling was great once you do it. I love waking up earlier and do the kayaking along the stream with the mist over the water, the birds signing, and trees yields flowers and fruits… how peaceful life can be!
