Blocked or suspended account ?

I am a local guide on Google Map. one day I noticed that my account is suspended only contributions are showing, there is no badge as I am in level six. Also when I try to contribute anything my every try becomes fail. Going help section and searching so many points I understood that my account was suspended. I don’t know where to complain because there it was not mentioned.I go to the Twitter link given below on the help section and after few days later I visited Facebook page as I tweeted but no reply, finally I messaged on Facebook then I received a email ID of local guide program. Finally I contacted through mail and they answered me and wrote me to wait for few days if they found there is no wrong they will realise my account. After few days they contacted with me and released my account and now I am posting this on my released account.
