Today I visited a new restaurant in Lima. It is located in the district of Santiago de Surco, Lima, and is called Terminal Pesquero, a place focused on seafood products. At last, I had the opportunity to ask, after many months, a black shell ceviche, one of my favorites!. Here in Lima is very demanded, sometimes a little expensive, but nevertheless very tasty. It is made with a spicy sauce, lemon, onions, sweet potato, and corn. Few ingredients, great and powerful flavor. The only bad thing is that it makes you sleepy but, on the other hand, some people claim that this type of ceviche is a natural aphrodisiac.
The place is nice, the attention is above-average. Its target audience, for the area, is mainly office employees. The price-quality relationship is positive in my opinion.
