Black grapes are a relief to the heart as they are the best source of essential mineral Potassium. Green, Pink, Red, Yellow and Black, seeded or seedless but they are the source of health. As this fruit is known to us since thousands of years and a favourite intake.
Health is wealth a popular quote and they ensure our health by their rich contents of Nutrients and antioxidants.
Grapes are sweet and juicy, but are not less than a boon for our health. They are packed with high Calories, Carbs, Proteins, Fibre, Fat,Vitamin C, B6 and K, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Copper, Potassium, Manganese etc are important nutrients.
They ensure the bones health, tissues health, blood clotting levels, and effectively repairs the damage to our cells which invites oxidative stress. Rich minerals and vitamins prevent many chronic diseases like heart, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer etc.

Unfortunately, black grapes are not popular in Bulgaria.
In Bulgaria, red grapes are widespread, producing excellent wine, and then brewing brandy 50-60’C, which can fight Covid-19
