Chicken biryani served with a little gravy at Food Square.
Looks nice @Biker_Icon what does it taste like? Where did you get it?
Sure @PaulPavlinovich , this is very famous spiced rice mixed with chicken, mutton or buff. Very popular muslim dish in India, Pakistan and other Indian sub continent. I found it in a restaurant in Nepal. We do prepare it in our home too but very tedious and time consuming.
@Biker_Icon wow my fav briyani enjoy❤
Thanks @Biker_Icon it sounds good. What is “buff”? It’s not something we connect with food in Australia :).
Here buff means to polish something to make it shiny. Being in the buff means nudity! I suspect neither of them is related to Biryani.

@PaulPavlinovich Sorry for confusion It’s a slang here for buffalo meat, beef is not allowed in our country as cow is the National animal and Hindus worship them, so we use the term “buff” in place of beef
Ah, now I get it thanks @Biker_Icon you learn something new every day. When I visited India (Chennai and Pondicherry) I didn’t eat meat at all. My travel companion did and he got really sick. We’re not used to the ways meat is handled in India.
