Biliyani

biliyani rice is the best dish I enjoy with a fruit cocktail I enjoyed this in darsalam.

Biliyani is always tasty and healthy though I have not leant the recipe I hope to prepare this delicious dish some day

Hi @And12-X2 in india we call it as Biryani. Veg Biryani and Non veg Biryani. I am lover of both. It’s super tasty, delicious and much enjoyable. As @Rohan10 had described we had the name know as Biryani.

As a vegetarian I had made the veg biryani. And I not only me we Indian like to have it with curd raita (cucumber, carrot and onions). But thank you for sharing such a beautiful plate of your kind of Biliyani @And12-X2 .

This looks good and tasty and generally a delicacy in South india… But relished and made all over south asian continent.

Are you sure it is called ‘biliyani’ just asking… Here we call it “Biryani” .

Again it’s Pulao which is made with mild spices and cooked/ steamed mainly with seasonal vegetables like cauliflower, peas, potato, tomatoes etc. and rice.

On the other hand you have to steam rice, veg or non veg separately then mixed with heavy spices sauted and then again cooked on low flame for the juices to mix up properly to create specific taste of biryani.

In Pakistan we called Biryani and you can also find it in India and and many countries of middle east where Pakistanis and Indian live most famous is Chicken Biryani and also beef biryani liked and veg biryani you can find only in India @And12-X2 and most interesting thing is yesterday we cook it in our home
