On 26th January 2020 ago, my friend and I went for a bikepacking (sort of backpacking but with bicycle) to one of the remote area in Perak, Malaysia. We went for a one night stay at Pos Kuala Mu, an Orang Asli (most native people in Peninsular of Malaysia). We went there from Kuala Kangsar, Perak and reached there almost midnight.
Frankly speaking, to reach there, you have to make sure that everything is being well-maintained. Why? because, since Kuala Mu is kind of remote area, there is no like any facilities build along the way. it is 100% nature and 100% Orang Asli’s Native Settlement.
However, upon arrival, we kind of amazed with the place that we decided to stay. Is is a chalet, with nature concept applied on it. The chalet is kind of besides the river bank and you just rely on nature itself. We kind of excited to see those kind of places which is hard to see in any other places in the city.
I’m just hope that one day, I’ll reach that place again for kind of escape from the hassle passel of the city.
