Hello.
I have a suggestion - a new option about parks - to mark if there are bike roads in a park in Google maps.
There are many bike roads in parks in Bulgaria.

Hello @BorislavA ,
We already have this kind of road and you can start adding it right now!
The biking/walking trail is both used for walking and biking paths so you can definitely use that on your mapping adventure.
What could be done though, is for instance in busy cities - a new attribute for main roads. Something like “bike accessible”.
I think a city like New York could use that one.
What do you think?
Hi @BorislavA
As @Lukas_1 said, this is also one kind of priority we can select while drawing a road.
On the other side, we also have system questions about this feature. For parks, it asks “Does this place have ramps for skateboards and bikes”? and “Does this place have trails, paths, or lanes for cycling?”
After collecting enough information, it shows such features on the About tab.
@Lukas_1 Selecting a road as bike accessible was another thing that was discontinued after Map Maker. Like other features Google gave over AI, I don’t think they have any plan to bring it back.
Hi @Lukas_1 and @BorislavA
Happy New Year!
I marked the reply from @Lukas_1 as the solution.
As I recall the guidelines we should not map bike paths on roads for cars, but local authorities can easily do so via a geo upload partnership with Google Maps.
Google Maps has a program enabling local and regional partners to upload their data directly and automatically. Please learn more here: Google Maps Content Providers
Examples include municipalities and public transport providers.

Thank you so much, @Lukas_1 @Amiran and @MortenCopenhagen .
So i will start drawing roads
Greetings.
P.S.
Dear @Lukas_1 @Amiran and @MortenCopenhagen
by the way some bike roads are with very complicated infrastructure so I am not sure I will be able to draw it properly.
So … maybe it will be a some good option - just to mark - Bike roads available in the park? Yes or Now .
Greetings.
What do you mean by complicated infrastructure, @BorislavA ?
Feel free to share a dropped pin in the park.
Cheers
Morten
For example - check this - / https://maps.app.goo.gl/8aRM9yFsZFYBuiP28 / it has safe bike roads especially for kids - it is build like real roads - so kids to star learning road signs and road rules.
Hi @BorislavA
Roads inside Traffic playgrounds should not be drawn as roads on Google Maps as they are not relevant for navigating from A to B for Maps users.
Instead they should be added as a normal pin with the category Playground and then the traffic bit should be reflected in the place name.
The second link you shared is already on Google Maps in this way.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Morten
Hi, @MortenCopenhagen and thank you so much!!
I am not sure did I understand you well - could you show me about the second example - with some screenshot, etc…
And can I add something additional about such places or not?
You could check as well this - https://maps.app.goo.gl/wbrmLyv6SNwvPsSNA - this is a very new kids playground and even the satellite view is not actual.
No problem. I am happy to explain further.
The roads shown within the red circle in the screenshot above should not be added to Google.
This screenshot shown above from the first Park shows clearly the white paths that are already on Google.
I have marked a few potential new paths with red ink in the screenshot. I don’t know the park so I don’t know if these visible paths are relevant to add on Google Maps as bike and walking paths. You probably know this.
The paths in the lower half of the photo are not likely relevant to put on Google Maps.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Morten
@MortenCopenhagen got it - thank you!!!
