Bike paths: how to submit data?

The bike paths near a major bus station in my city have changed. I biked them the other day, and I’m all ready to add them to maps. Who I should ask for the tools to do this?

(Map Maker would have been my choice, but it appears to have been discontinued. Clicking for Google staff to “Add a road” isn’t what I want–I have hard data on where the paths are and aren’t, and I want to submit it.)
