Big issue with saved list !

Hope you are well ?!

I have an issue with my saved list on Google maps.

Was about to pass the level 9 soon, my reviews are still there but … none of my list (I have 15+ lists of travels, restaurants from all over the world) are not showing on my profile any further. Not on my computer, neither my iPhone…

Already tried this (I found this on google website):

1. Clearing the iOS application data. You can do this by opening the Google Maps app and going to Settings → About, terms and privacy → Clear application data. You can probably try resetting the Google usage ID as well.
2. Re-installing the app

Welcome back to Connect.

I took a look at your profile. It says you have added 26 lists. Some of them could at first not be opened from my end. I never managed to open Invaders and Paris.

I did manage to open your USA (flag) list. It has 46 places. The two first places are a bit odd. They show no reviews on the list, so there might be an issue with your lists. They do have reviews when I open the places’s pages.

Let me tag @DeniGu for you. Maybe she can escalate this to the relevant team. Please note the Google Moderates will probably not be back before Monday.

Could you please check if you haven’t signed out of your Google Maps app? If you confirm that you’re signed in and still can’t see your lists, please let me the version of your Google Maps app, so the team can look into this.

Thanks a million for your reply!
I did try several times to logout, clean cache and re-login… but still no list !

And it’s the same with the desktop version (Safari on MacBook)

My Gmaps version on my iPhone is 6.5.1 which I believe is the last one, since my iPhone is updating automatically!

List came back on my Google maps from Safari, I added new places to the list but now it is gone again…

I’m feeling super frustrated about those list as I cannot used them at lot.
