Local guide’s get together and talk about what we need to do in order to get Sri Lanka popular. As everyone know the first impression on the country is there Country’s Airport. For a tourist the experience starts from the Country’s Airport. BIA (Bandaranaike International Airport - SRI LANKA) We will have a Photo Walk in the Airport. Manly we will be looking into what are the shops and services

Just a quick question, are we allowed to go inside without travel documents, the shops are inside, and I’m bit afraid about the present situation at the airport. Please check this.

Chalith how are you going to do the BIA - Srilanka photo walk ? Details please, I think you going to cover the photo walk as a Arrival Passenger, normally we can’t enter for a photo shoot without a special special permission from Airport management and Airport security, because I know the present and past situation and procedures in BIA Airport . I am working for Airport & Aviation services. Do you have a special permission for photo walk ?

As a passenger you can take photos on some areas but not allowed in all areas.

You can do it as a passenger without giving this as a public event.

Yes, It’s my first meet up. I hope, I’m gonna travel to Malaysia, with 3 of my friends and 2 of them are local guides. =)

Yes, I do not think they are allowing to come for only to take photos.

But I hope there will be more local guides in that time at BIA =)

And yes I’m not going to photograph all the areas. I might get into trouble.

We are only focusing only on departure area shops and the terminal area shops, lounges, washrooms and common facility areas.

If you are working on that time, please come for few minutes to departure area =)
