এখনি উপযুক্ত সময় বাংলাদেশের শীতকালীন মজার মজার পিঠা উপভোগ করার। বিশেষ করে এসময়ে শহরের ব্যাস্ততম সময়কে বিদায় জানিয়ে প্রত্যেকেই চায় কিছুদিন গ্রামের পরিবেশে কাটাতে এবং শীতের পিঠা সমূহ উপভোগ করতে।
তেমনি কিছু পিঠা আজ আমি শেয়ার করবো আপনাদের সাথে।

I’m also wondering if there are summer pitha, for example, and what would the differences be with winter pitha.
I do have more questions because it’s so different than everything here in Buenos Aires, but I don’t want to overwhelm you

Date juice or Khejur er rosh, is sweet sap extracted from the Date Palm trees of the Bengal in winter. this is symbolic and synonymous of Bengal winters. This Date juice is famous food over the peoples of the rural as well as the urban of Bengal.
tow popular Pitha making main ain materials is date juice. It main season is winter.
