Best tripod/car mount for GoPro Fusion

Hello,

I just ordered a GoPro Fusion to do 360 photography and now I am looking for a tripod/monopod to use with it. I already have a very nice tripod for my DSLR, will that work? If not, what do you guys recommend? It has to be sturdy due to harsh weather.

I am also looking to do 360 photos/videos while driving. Which mount do you recommend for mounting on the outside of a car?

In think the best recommendation on the video is to attached an additional cable that may hold the camera if the the suction is lost.
