Hi @Raheel-Shah welcome to local guides connect!

I am happy to meet someone from locally here in Durban, I am not a braai kind of a guy but I know few of them as a local guide. There is one which is kind of busy near South Beach by the name Meat Junction and here is a photo from Google Street View. Thank you.

Yes it was very hard for me to find a decent spot, I’ve had a tourist from USA that asked for authentic South African style food

Hey @Raheel-Shah ,

Welcome to Connect!

Since you are new here, you probably are not aware of this, but Connect is place where Local Guides usually discuss topics related to Travel, Photography, Food & Drinks and many more. So before posting on Connect, please get acquainted with the following article, which will help you make your experience here much more enjoyable: 14 helpful tips for using Connect.

Thank you for your time and please feel free to introduce yourself to the community in Introduce Yourself monthly thread.

Another tip: you can tag Connect members in your posts by writing @ before their name. This way they receive a notification and know that you are trying to communicate with them directly.

P.S.: I just want to let you know that I will change the label on your post to Travel, this way more people can give their opinion on places you can visit.
