I am planning to visit this place and would like to know if a taxi 
could be hired with a driver as I won’t have a car 
nor a friend to drive me around. Is there any online service that you know where I can hire a taxi cab with a driver for a day tour of places around Vegas? Thanks again.

If u have indian DL, u can rent the car. I picked from airport and its so easy. You can pick the car as per yout budget.
You can get Uber or Lyft cars inside city or from airport.
Not sure if you will get to remote places.
Even if u do hire for a day, it may be expensive.
Other option could be to get a day tour, to Hoover dam or Grand Canyan. They will pivk you from hotel.
