Though I haven’t tried every restaurant in Evansville, I have tried quite a few, and by far my favorite is soon to be Thai Bistro and Bar.
Formerly Thai Papaya, the restaurant is currently undergoing a location change, with expectations to reopen in Mid-October.
I am looking forwards to visiting the new location and trying my favorite dish Pad Kee Mao… or maybe try something new.
