What I most like sharing on Google Maps, is touristic and undiscovered places of Albania.
Albania is a small country and as a place which is not too much promoted to the world, I use Google Maps as an opportunity for showing it’s hidden gems to the world! I like so much travelling and exploring the nature, I take lots of pictures and share them on Google Maps, so that people can see them and decide where to go when they are here in Albania. I love doing this mostly for tourists which visit Albania for the first time, because it helps them choose the best places to explore, to entertain, to take beautiful pictures, to get the most out of this small but amazing country!

It is not a problem. You can use any language you want and English has the advantage that most of the people will not have to use google translator to read your post :).
Just do not add Albanian as a language even when your post is about Albania. For this, we have a location (the map under the post) which you used correctly.
As for the last question, YES again. I am passionate about photography and I have thousands of pics in my cell phone, just that I don’t have much time to share them with you
