In the heart of the old town Limassol, you’ll find a small, beautiful, and young pizzeria called The Modern Kitchen. opened just a few months ago, this pizzeria has a very high style of design. I loved the use of wood in the place — it was super unique and interesting.
You will find there only pizza, I believe that if you do something so diligently, stay focused and just do it without distractions or unnecessary additions, you can provide the costumer with a great product!
The taste of the pizza is delicious… thin, crispy with great toppings.
The person who runs this show is named Billy, a professional young chef. He travelled the world exploring ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques from various cultures and traditions. For the modern kitchen, Billy combines his vast knowledge and his untamed creativity to create a fabulously unique pizza experience.
I believe that we as local guides must help and support small businesses.
