When in Carilo beach, make a point of visiting De Muru Restaurant. Amazing food, consistently for the past 5 years on a row. Its located in a lovely 3 levels space at the open mall in Carilo´s downtown. The food is as flavourfull as tempting for the eyes. All the kinds of bread you can imagine, freshly baked and served daily. The sandwichs are of another world: we tried the gravlax salmon with cucumbers and arugula for two people (you can share, they are humongous) and it was so good it didn´t make it to a picture 
The homemade lemonade & mint was superb, we had to have 2 bottles on a row. I had been to a smaller venue they had in Carilo in 2016 and it was great to find them in a bigger place, with the same curated quality and care in all the things served. if you are a foodie, you can´t miss visiting (breakfast, brunch, lunch or afterhours…its open from 9Am to 1AM nonstop).
