It could be an error, a delay or try these 2 tips:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Check your email settings here

I leave all email notifications ON.

Hi @Daffaa17 you should get an email but I’ve seen another person report they had not been notified recently. It is possible these emails are paused during the time of covid.
