From your post sounds like you are the owner of the business.

If you are the owner, you can close the old one and add the new business in Maps through the Google Business Profile

This said, I would like to remind you that representing your business by using your Local Guide profile is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”

If you are not the owner of the business, you can close the old business and create a new one following the instruction on the Google Maps Help Page:

Please keep in mind that only a person with personal information can do an edit in Maps. For this reason we cannot do this on your behalf
