Being a Poet with a Lens!

Ever since I got a camera phone, I started clicking pictures of everything that I felt was unique, beautiful and moving. I would never call myself a great photographer, but I like to think of myself as a poet with lens! My galleries would fill up quite easily after a trip and that is when I discovered Google Photos. That put an end to my storage issues. And few years later, I discovered the amazing opportunity to be a Local Guide.

In the beginning, I never truly realized the impact I can make with my photo contributions. Until Google gave me the statistics of thousand of people viewing my photos and reviews! That was an amazing feeling. I believe our lives can be meaningful only by touching other lives. By sharing photos of places I visit, I had the opportunity to make a difference, by helping people to make a decision. And personally, I am rewarded with the happy feeling of being creative and responsible!
