Started the local guide thing some months ago and reached level 6 easily. It feels good to help people and know that people are reading your reviews and admiring you pictures. I’m glad that i could help people decide where to eat, where to go, whatvs inside a place,how the ambience is… etcetc. I hope one day i would be able to attend the local guides summit .

I noticed that you were a connect live 2019 attendi.How and when can I apply for the summit can you help me a bit?
Indeed @Kiriii I was one of the lucky ones (at that time of the selection I was not yet a Connect Moderator). The only advice I can give you is: consistently make high quality contributions both here on Connect and on Google Maps. Somewhere in the coming weeks/months all local guides who are level or higher will probably get an email with all the details on how to apply.
