Being a local guide

Why am I proud to be a local guide? The answer is very simple. There are two types of people: first type is moaning all the time “why me?”, the second one is saying with excitement “who else if not me?!”. Second type are those who pick up someone else’s garbage, donate to charities, share their sandwich with stray dogs, recycle, use solar power and buy electrocars even if it’s more expensive. They urge to stop polluting our planet. They care. They donate blood for ftee. They always have location services on on their phones, allowing googlemaps to use the latest information about traffic. They mark down car accidents for everyone to see what’s going on.
These same people always leave reviews and rate business - to help everyone. I am proud and privileged to be a part of the crowd who cares. I love how the local guides share the insider information about some of the hidden gems not many people might come across. I love that it helps businesses stay aflot, provides useful feedback to help them improve and develop. I love that more people are now able to say “thank you” in a form of a review. I am excited to hop on a journey local guides are offering me through their tips and knowledge. But most of all I am proud to be able to show my beautiful city and my incredible country to passionate people from across the world through my own eyes.
