Being a Local Guide

So far, I’ve enjoyed reading responses from people that have read threads I’ve aided with. Seeing my opinions being liked or appreciated have meant I’ve helped find someplace to see or explore. I know a little bit can go a long way, but a reference can go miles. I’ve never expected doing the local guide program would do much, but I’ve recently found it does play a small part in getting around. A few things I’ve enjoyed sharing with folks are some of the historical locations I’ve visited. Like the Bohemian Mines outside Cottagr Grove and the Covered Bridges that are scattered about. In Eugene, the County Museum and local buildings that hold a great amount of influence in the area. Local restaurants I love to brag about or pubs with great drinks and food at the same time. Places that are fun for the whole family like Putters. I could go on with this, but I think I’ll stop here. No more teasers for now.
