I Love travelling and exploring . i would never hesitate to take my moped out and go on a drive even at 2 AM at night on the narrow streets of my hometown in India ever since i was a teenager. i travelled across the six southern Indian states in my Small TATA NANO car during my early graduation days as a medical doctor and it gave me an adrenaline rush ,each time I embarked on any journey by myself . Having an android phone,gave me an opportunity to click pictures of lanes,shops,services,foods,people etc at my convenience.i would post details on social media platforms or write diaries about the same . then one fine day,a friend suggested me to get connected with the google guides platform. this was indeed a place where i loved to contribute about everything that i can. Be it the smallest corner shops and stores,a midnight food joint,a medicine shop that stays open round the clock or a place that one can buy old and used items for a cheaper rate for daily use. etc .
My wife often laughed at my silly updates initially. But was surprised to see the kind of reviews one would get from the platform. Recently we planned a family trip to Goa ,and i used the google guides platform for getting all my doubts cleared before making any travel bookings. everything went fine and we had a great vacation including my 2 year old son. from there on wards, my wife too started encouraging me to update about all possible places with minutest details. i love contributing to and enriching peoples lives and google guides platform indeed is the best possible place to do so.
