Beef Rib in Fogon

Dear LG’s I only want to share with you this marvelous beef rib “Costillar” homemade by me for a meeting with some friends.

Thank you for sharing these delicious ribs with us, it looks like paradise for meat lovers!

Personally, I love meat on coal, as it adds a particular taste and smell to it.

Did you put some sauce barbecue over?

@BorrisS yes yes I did it with coal and wood.

The wood gives the rib this incredible smoked taste.

I don’t put any sauce barbecue, only salt. I started to cook it at 6 in the afternoon and it ends at 10 in the night.

Es una obra de arte @SebaasC en mi caso le agrego un poco de limón y con eso queda completo jajajs , pero con todas esas horas de cocción supongo que salió mantequilla, y como dijo Ceci un aplauso para el asador :slight_smile:
