The monument name is VICTORIA MEMORIAL, situated in Kolkata,INDIA. It is dedicated to Queen Victoria

I lives in Bihar, India. I visited it in 2017. the ticket fee is 20 per person for the Museum (Indians) and 200 per person for the Museum (Foreigners).
